My colleague and I are delivering the first session of our asset based wellbeing project on Saturday (12 May), following our launch event a couple of weeks ago.

We would like to introduce participants to asset mapping and capacity inventories and support them to use either or both of these tools in their neighbourhoods.

We're a little stuck because although we've both been trained in Participatory Appraisal, we haven't used asset mapping other than a quick demo in a session…

I feel fortunate to have been able to attend two learning events recently in relation to asset based approaches in health and wellbeing work. 

Rather than taking notes I opted to tweet during the events, and blog afterwards. Through tweeting I was able to involve 12 people who weren't at the sessions in discussions about what we were covering.
